My purpose is to help groups have meaningful conversations and come to robust decisions using their purpose. These three are the foundation of great projects and good collaboration. I want teams to try out new things, go on new paths, break out of patterns, and develop courage for the unusual. Mostly, I would like them to work without “recipes”.

Since four years I have been using kanban as a tool to empower teas to reduce the complexity in their everyday lives, to go about work in a more playful and relaxed way and to develop new solutions. Above all, I want them to be able to talk about the things that are really happening and to make blockers, problems and interrelational issues visible to them.
