Kitchen Kanban is an introduction to the principles of collaboration with kanban in the kitchen. The purpose is to get to know the basiscs of kanban in a context outside of work, to have fun with the team and to learn together.

After this introduction, we can continue to collaborate and to set up Kanban in your work context.

A kitchen Kanban event is ideal for a group of 6-9 people. If the group is larger, we can split it up into three teams.

A kitchen kanban event of 4-5 hours for maximum 9 people costs CHF 3’000, not including the budget for the food (brunch, lunch or dinner) and the rent of the location (a good kitchen is necessary for a successful event).

Included in the event are:

* The preparation of the event
* A gastronomic expert
* Introduction to kanban (30 minutes)
* kanban experience by the team
* debriefing
