Biography
Nadja Schnetzler has spent her childhood in Mexico and Switzerland. She studied journalism at the Ringier School of Journalism and co-founded BrainStore, the first Ideafactory. She co-designed the process «Idea Machine» and has led over 800 projects in the area of innovation for companies of all sizes on all continents. Through her work in innovation she became interested in team collaboration and has founded her second company, «Word and Deed» with the aim to inspire people to look at ideas, collaboration and communication in new ways, to experiment more and to find new solutions to old problems.

Nadja is a digital nomad, setting up her office whereever she has a project or where she is visiting her large network of friends. Her homebase and family are in Biel/Bienne, a bilingual city in Switzerland. She is mother of two teens, an enthusiastic host for visitors from all over the world, a baroque music lover. Considers a day without laughter wasted.
