A co-created retreat with
Nadja & Rakesh

November 18 – 22 2019, somewhere warm and sunny in Spain

What is the Authentic Facilitation Retreat?

During this un-conference style co-created retreat, Rakesh and Nadja will share their unique and distinct facilitation styles with you and help you discover, shape and sharpen your very own authentic and purposeful facilitation style and repertoire.

What you will learn and experience

Some of the techniques, methods and frameworks we will be using (and you will bring your own as well):

You will also dive deep into topics like

  • team diversity and intercultural skills
  • creating constructive team behaviour
  • the importance of humor in facilitation
  • capacity building
  • mindfulness
  • Personal Purpose

Free time / mindfulness

There will also be enough time to enjoy the sunshine and each other’s company. Days will start with a short meditation/mindfulness session. On one day, we will do an outside activity together.

Mater Mind Sessions

You will be able to share and deepen your own methods with everyone and to create new tools and methods for your specific facilitation objectives.

In Master Mind Sessions you will be able to get ideas, advice and guidance from everyone concerning your current faciliation style and methods.

What will you take away from this retreat?

You will have increased your own repertoire and skillset around facilitation by learning from Rakesh and Nadja, but also all the other participants. You will know what your individual authentic facilitation style is and how you can start using it in your facilitation challenges and projects. You will have had a lot of time to practice with others and to get honest and helpful feedback.

Nadja & Rakesh

Rakesh and Nadja are longtime friends and have collaborated on many exciting projects over the last 15 years. Some of their joint adventures include building an innovation team for a Russian telecom company in India, creating ideas for companies of all sizes and industries, supporting cross-cultural teams in creating business ideas or fostering a collaborative spirit among young scientists.

Who should attend?

The retreat is open to twelve fearless individuals of every age and background who want to increase or start to develop their facilitation skill set and capacities, learn from others and share their own skills and experiences. You agree to co-creating the experience together with all of us. This is why we will carefully select the 12 participants from all applications  to form the most diverse team possible.
