The tools from the world of agile and LEAN (kanban, scrum and free combination and variations based on my experience with many teams) help me to accompany teams on their way to a more self-organized and fulfilling way of working.
Kanban – an excellent method to manage sustainable change in a team, is the basis of most of my work. Depending on the team, their purpose and their work, other tools and methods may come into the picture as we progress.
