«Kitchen Kanban» – I had a great kitchen kanban evening in Berlin with the amazing fellows of the Do School, a program for social Entrepreneurs from all over the world.

Januar 2016:
I am introducing a kanban system at my client cinfo in my hometown Biel. We are first establishing a portfolio kanban with all the large projects in the organisation and then creating team kanbans and individual kanbans based on this portfolio. Apart from that, we are also creating a structure for agile projects.  November 2015:
I was speaking at «Lean Kanban Central Europe» about «Kitchen Kanban», a way to introduce a team to the principles of kanban in the kitchen. Here is a link to a blogpost about that event.
