My Purpose

I support myself and others in creating ways of interacting and collaborating that have the power to generate tangible change in the world. Everything big starts with a small seed.

What to expect

  • I am always new.
  • I generously radiate my energy.
  • I experiment, play and live adventurously.
  • I think it possible that I may be mistaken.
  • I am in my centre when I am in changing roles, contexts and biotopes.
  • I create projects and relationships based on equality, inclusion and partnership.

Short Bio

Nadja Schnetzler (born in 1972), grew up in Mexico City and in the Appenzellerland in Switzerland. At 19, she moved to Biel/Bienne, graduated from the Ringier School of Journalism and co-founded BrainStore — one of the world's first idea factories, today a network of over 35 partners worldwide. She developed BrainStore's methodology, oversaw more than 1,000 client projects and wrote «The Idea Machine», translated into 5 languages.

In 2012 she founded Word and Deed. Together with Laurent Burst she wrote the book «Zusammenarbeit im Flow» — a practical guide for teams who want to collaborate with more flow. Together with Laurent Burst, she also supports individuals, teams and organisations in formulating and pursuing their purpose.

She is co-founder of Project R and Republik, which realised the largest media crowdfunding in the world. Republik is independent journalism paid for by its readers alone.

Nadja Schnetzler lives with her family and friends in Biel/Bienne and in Berlin — or wherever she's currently setting up her mobile office.
